In the case of delayed delivery after the expected delivery date, missing pet, in case of illness or any complaints after receiving your pet, and finally, if you change your mind and unable to keep your pet, you do not need to worry for we are going to process your refund. All buyers who place orders through BestFurFamily are covered by state law which governs all sales and business transactions. Dogs, cats, and other companion animals are deemed “goods” under this law. This legal term, while not accurately reflecting the true value we place upon these creatures, gives buyers certain legal remedies. Send through our LIVE CHAT open 24/7 if a shipment gets lost, stolen or goes missing somehow, Bestfurfamily will notify you and offer the option for a 1-time reshipment. Such an offer is valid for all our customers. There won’t be any exceptions to this refund policy. A customer will only qualify for a refund if the package wasn’t received in full, and 7 or more business days of the delivery date our delivery service provider quoted has elapsed. Delivery days may vary depending on your region or country. Bestfurfamily has to review a refund case before issuing a refund. This review will under normal conditions take 6-8 business days. After which your money will be refunded via the same account or payment method you used when placing the order.
